Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal HR Data Analyst to transform workforce data into actionable insights for HR leadership and business leaders. You will partner with HRBPs and leaders to address complex talent questions through rigorous analytics and forecasting.

You will build scenario models, gather data from multiple sources, and apply SQL, Python or R, and Oracle analytics tools to deliver executive-ready narratives and visuals that guide strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in people analytics, data science, or related analytics
• Demonstrated experience with statistical modeling, forecasting, or scenario analysis

Responsibilities

• Frame and solve complex workforce questions with HR and business leadership
• ,
• Develop scenario models and forecasts to quantify workforce and financial implications
• Gather, integrate, and synthesize HR data from multiple sources
• Serve as SME on people data, methodologies, tools, and analytics approaches
• Apply SQL, Python and/or R, statistics, Oracle reporting and analytics tools, and advanced Excel
• Explore AI/ML techniques to improve HR analytics with governance and data protection
• Interpret analyses into executive-ready narratives, visuals, and recommendations
