Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
• Experience with HRIS data access across systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and classify positions using Harvard benchmarks and guidelines.
• Oversee compensation analysis and alignment with policies.
• Manage position actions, tracking, and communications.
• Produce and analyze complex HR data reports from multiple systems.
• Lead the annual performance review cycle and related timelines.
• Provide program management support for short-term initiatives.
