Harvard University Library's HR team invites applications for a HR Analyst and Program Manager to support classification, compensation, and position management for Harvard Library and FAS Libraries. You will partner with library leadership, ensure policy compliance, and help drive data-driven workforce decisions.

The role emphasizes program management, data reporting, and collaboration with HR systems, with a hybrid schedule in Cambridge, MA and a 35-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant HR experience.
• Advanced knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and classify positions using Harvard benchmarks; manage the full classification process.
• Recommend compensation levels based on internal equity and market data; manage compensation analyses.
• Oversee position management and data accuracy in partnership with Finance and leadership.
