Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Progressive HR experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance.
• Experience supporting California or multi-state U.S. employment environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for restaurant, commissary, and support center positions.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and corrective actions.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and HR programs.
• Maintain HR systems, employee records, and reporting accuracy.
• Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
