Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with substantial housing/urban development experience.
• Experience in executive-level, multi-stakeholder program coordination and policy implementation.
• Strong ability to oversee long-term housing initiatives with cross‑department collaboration.
• Background in managing complex, multi-year projects with diverse funding sources.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership and strategic coordination for Housing Policy and related initiatives.
• Coordinate efforts across City departments, community organizations, and stakeholders to advance housing priorities.
• Advise executive leadership on housing policy implementation and organizational challenges.
• Develop and monitor implementation plans, performance measures, and reporting systems.
• Represent the City at meetings and community engagement events; prepare reports and policy recommendations.
