You will support move-ins, lease processes, compliance, and collaborate with internal teams to address housing challenges, applying Housing First for Youth principles that prioritize stability, choice, and self-determination for YYAs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in human services or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in property management, housing coordination, or real estate operations.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate client transitions from streets or shelters into housing options with timely occupancy.
• Collaborate with YYA team to match participants based on safety, proximity, and client choice.
• Manage move-in processes including unit readiness and paperwork.
• Meet with clients on leases, program compliance, financial responsibilities, and rights.
• Serve as primary liaison to landlords; recruit landlords willing to rent to YYAs.
• Conduct weekly apartment inspections for compliance with regulations.
• Provide consultation to case management on housing-related concerns and crises.
• Educate clients on lease contracts and tenant rights.
• Partner with Housing Director on program development, data collection, reporting.
