You will direct marketing alignment with Revenue Management, Public Relations, and Digital Marketing, ensuring top-line growth and strategic partnerships. Strong leadership, communication, and market insight are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration or Business preferred.
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Delphi sales software, Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, etc.

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to the sales team; assess strengths and challenges.
• Develop marketing and PR initiatives to support sales strategies.
• Establish urgency and a clear vision for the hotel’s sales team.
• Collaborate with Regional Director of Sales & Marketing and General Manager on strategy.
• Manage accounts and market segments to hit revenue budgets.
• Recommend pricing and service improvements based on market data.
