Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Sales Manager for the Kimpton Overland Hotel to plan, develop, and implement sales and marketing strategies focused on maximizing revenue and occupancy. You will lead the sales team, manage online presence, and collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing and RevPAR.

The role requires strong hospitality market knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in hotel sales and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, marketing, or related field.
• Proven hotel sales and marketing experience with revenue goals.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan targeting market segments, group, corporate, and leisure business.
• Lead the sales team in acquiring new business and maintaining client relationships to hit revenue targets.
• Manage the hotel's online presence (website, social media, OTAs).
• Collaborate with departments to coordinate group events, meetings, and conventions.
• Work with revenue management to optimize pricing and RevPAR.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team.
