The role requires proactive prospecting, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, negotiating terms, and collaborating with all hotel departments to ensure flawless execution; flexibility to work days/nights/holidays/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years selling experience in Group, FIT and Business Travel Sales.
• Flexible schedule; client/event driven; available days/nights/holidays/weekends.
• Draft proposals, contracts, letters, and reports; sell and execute group agreements.
• Solicits new and existing accounts to meet revenue goals and maintains relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure flawless execution and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities
