Qualifications

• At least 6 years progressive hotel or related management experience.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and manage budgets and operations.
• Strong communication, training and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel profitability, guest satisfaction, and asset integrity.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and department trainings per standards.
• Manage budgeting, financial reviews, and monthly reporting.
• Develop managers through competency training and coaching.
• Represent the hotel in client meetings and sales activities.
