Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in F&B operations, 1–2 years in management, and a strong background in budgeting, service excellence, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of Food & Beverage operations experience.
• 1–2 years of management experience.
• Culinary, sales and service background.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification.
• Proficiency in budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct F&B outlet operations to meet daily needs.
• Collaborate with culinary team on menus and promotions.
• Manage inventory, vendors, and supplier relations.
• Develop budgets and marketing plans for F&B.
• Coach staff and maintain high standards of guest service.
