Job summary

Koloa Landing Poipu Beach Resort is seeking friendly restaurant service team members to deliver food, set tables, clean dining areas, and assist colleagues to meet guest expectations. You will work in a fast-paced resort dining environment, handling guest inquiries and maintaining a polished appearance.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education is required.
• Excellent communication in English and strong customer focus.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, and POS systems.
• Ability to describe menu items and service methods clearly.
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests in the restaurant and maintain service pace.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with meals and dining experience.
• Clear and reset tables, stock service areas with supplies.
• Clean and sanitize bar and dining surfaces throughout the shift.
• Assist teammates to meet guest expectations and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by managers.
