Job summary

Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager on the beautiful island of Kauai, Hawaii. You will lead all food and beverage operations, oversee budgets, develop menus, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a luxury resort environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in F&B management within hotels or resorts, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management in hotel/resort setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Proficient in menu planning and development.
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations.
