Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and execute a robust recruitment strategy across a portfolio of properties. You will source, screen and present candidates, manage the full process, and partner with regional leaders to fulfill hiring needs.

The role emphasizes improving candidate and manager experiences, leveraging ATS systems, and enhancing employer branding, with a strong focus on hospitality and property management settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Recruiting experience is highly preferred.
• Hospitality or Property Management experience preferred.
• Highly detailed and organized.
• Excellent written and oral communicator.
• Highly collaborative team player and business partner.
• Capable of working autonomously with limited supervision.
• Strategic thinker able to identify and implement new and creative ways to support the company.
• Work efficiently under pressure; drive projects to completion and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support field level recruiting for our portfolio of properties.
• Build and nurture relationships with regional leaders to support their hiring needs.
• Craft compelling job postings and use search methods to identify and attract strong candidates in a competitive market.
• Present qualified and interested candidates to hiring managers via electronic and in-person meetings and manage the full recruiting process.
• Measure and report on recruiting metrics and track various data points as needed.
• Train managers with respect to how to interview, including using behavioral interviewing techniques.
• Work to enhance our employer brand and surrounding initiatives.
