Job summary

Related Ross, a hospitality development and real estate platform, seeks a Senior Associate to manage the full lifecycle of hotel and mixed-use projects in the West Palm Beach area. The role encompasses site acquisition, feasibility, design, construction oversight, and opening, with ongoing asset management and external reporting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Hospitality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5–7 years of real estate/hospitality development experience with full project lifecycle exposure.
• Strong financial modeling and MS Excel proficiency; Argus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive key workstreams on hospitality development projects, including design coordination, construction monitoring, budgeting, and pre-opening strategy.
• Lead financial analysis and underwriting for hospitality deals, including pro forma modeling and ROI analysis.
• Support negotiation and management of hotel and restaurant agreements and brand documentation.
• Conduct market and site assessments, zoning analyses, and due diligence for hotel and resort projects.
• Oversee asset management of the hotel portfolio, budgeting, performance tracking, and owner distributions.
• Prepare quarterly updates and investment committee materials for senior leadership and partners.
• Coordinate deal structuring, debt placement, and equity discussions with capital markets and finance teams.
• Mentor junior analysts and interns.
