Related Ross is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily affordable housing developments in West Palm Beach. You will oversee all construction phases from pre-development to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners, accurate scheduling, cost control, and rigorous quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 5–8+ years of construction experience, including multifamily and affordable housing.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, civil, and MEP systems.
• Skilled in scheduling, estimating, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily affordable housing developments.
• Collaborate with design, development, and finance/accounting teams, as well as architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Lead project coordination meetings with Owner, Architect, Contractor (OAC) and subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets; monitor timelines and critical path items.
• Review RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings for compliance; implement document control.
