Job summary

Related Ross is seeking a Senior Associate to support hospitality development projects, from site acquisition through stabilization, while contributing to new deal origination and underwriting. The role involves financial modeling, market due diligence, budgets, and coordination with legal and partners.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across development, design, construction, and accounting, mentoring analysts and interns in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment in West Palm

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, hospitality, engineering, or related field.
• MBA or master's degree is a plus.
• 5–7 years in real estate or hospitality development spanning full lifecycle.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; familiarity with Argus preferred.
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support hospitality development projects across lifecycle from site acquisition to stabilization.
• Perform financial analyses, build models, and provide insights to leadership.
• Assist in negotiations and management agreements in coordination with legal teams.
• Conduct market and site diligence for hotel and resort projects.
• Coordinate budgeting, performance tracking, and owner distributions.
• Prepare investment memos and quarterly updates for senior leadership.
