Job summary

Related Ross is seeking a Senior Associate to support hospitality development projects such as branded hotels and mixed-use assets in the West Palm Beach area. You will drive site acquisition, feasibility, design coordination, budgeting, and pre-opening strategy while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA a plus.
• 5–7 years in real estate or hospitality development across full lifecycle.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; strong Excel; Argus a plus.
• Familiarity with hotel brand standards and management agreements.
• Strong time management and communication skills; cross‑functional collaboration.
• Self‑starter with autonomous work style; works with senior leadership.
• Experience in South Florida hospitality development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive workstreams across design coordination, construction monitoring, budgeting, and pre-opening strategy.
• Lead financial analysis and underwriting for hospitality deals with pro forma modeling.
• Support negotiation of HMAs and franchise agreements with internal and external counsel.
• Conduct market and site assessments, zoning analyses, and due diligence for hotel projects.
• Oversee asset management of the hotel portfolio, including budgeting and performance tracking.
• Prepare quarterly variance analyses and executive updates for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with capital markets on debt placement and equity discussions.
