DLR Group is seeking a Business Development Leader to drive growth in our Hospitality sector across U.S. offices.

The role focuses on identifying key decision-makers, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with designers to deliver client-focused solutions. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, socially fearless, and ready to lead initiatives while coordinating with National Hospitality BD and Regional Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify pursuit leads across multiple channels.
• Focus on Lifestyle, Upper Upscale, Full Service and Luxury brands and developers.
• Collaborate with Interiors and other design teams for integrated client solutions.
• Cultivate and manage long-term client relationships with the Hospitality Team.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities; drive BD efforts.
• Engage in industry orgs and committees; review portfolio and trends.
• Coordinate with Marketing for RFQ/P responses; assist with interview logistics.
