Jefferson Health - Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to oversee operations across 3 hospitals (800+ beds) and a major academic medical center. The role reports to the Central Region President and focuses on implementing the annual operating plan to achieve key performance outcomes while guiding day-to-day operations and regional strategies.

The COO will lead workforce planning, ensure regulatory compliance, foster collaboration among clinical departments

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in hospital/healthcare leadership with matrix structures.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of regulatory environments.

Responsabilités

• Oversee hospital operations and align with strategic plan.
• Develop and implement annual operating plan to drive KPIs.
• Lead workforce planning and staffing aligned to volumes.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure high-quality care.
