Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a Campus Operations Manager to translate strategic initiatives into actionable campus plans. You will work with senior leaders, manage resources, and oversee clinical operations and regulatory compliance while driving standardized operating policies.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive project management experience, and the ability to communicate with executives across the network. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred in project management, business management, or healthcare administration.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cost control and evaluates budget needs for operations.
• Collaborates to establish campus plans consistent with mission, strategic operations, quality and safety improvement plan, and overall network goals.
• Manages and motivates multiple teams across several initiatives to achieve shared goals, while developing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proactively communicates critical issues and prepares timely reports for operational review.
