Job summary

Jefferson is seeking a Campus Operations Manager in Philadelphia to translate strategic initiatives into large, complex campus plans. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and report to senior leaders on operations, safety, and service delivery.

The role requires strong project management skills, healthcare operations knowledge, and the ability to implement process improvements across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Master’s Degree with concentration in project management, business management, or healthcare administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cost control and evaluate budget needs for operations.
• Collaborate to establish campus plans aligned with mission and network goals.
• Manage and motivate multiple teams across initiatives and engage senior leadership.
• Provide updates and reports for operational review and milestone tracking.
• Recommend capital expenditures and new technology to improve care delivery and efficiency.
• Lead initiatives with senior leaders across multiple departments and drive process improvements.
