Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience; hospice or home health preferred.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams in a positive, collaborative culture.
• Strong financial management, operations, and growth capabilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
