Job summary

Simmons Bank is seeking a Home Equity Product Manager to own the Home Equity lending portfolio, including loans and lines of credit, and drive growth, profitability, and customer engagement. You will lead strategy, pricing recommendations, and cross-functional initiatives with Consumer Banking, Retail Banking, and Marketing to strengthen relationships.

The role requires strong analytical skills, execution discipline, and the ability to translate market insights into practical product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in consumer lending, product management, portfolio management, pricing, finance, analytics, or related banking disciplines.
• Experience in Home Equity, mortgage, consumer credit, or secured lending products preferred.
• Experience developing pricing strategies and performance reporting preferred.
• Experience working within a regulated financial institution required.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups and business lines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary product owner for the Home Equity lending portfolio and develop strategies for growth and profitability.
• Manage full lifecycle of Home Equity products including development, launch, enhancement, performance, and retirement.
• Evaluate market gaps and opportunities within home-secured lending and recommend enhancements.
• Establish a multi-year product roadmap aligned with priorities and cross-functional plans.
• Lead pricing analysis, promotions, and retention initiatives for Home Equity products.
• Monitor portfolio health, utilization, retention, profitability, and customer engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to improve forecasting and portfolio segmentation.
• Drive customer-centric design and simplify the customer journey from application to servicing.
