Job summary

Simmons Bank is seeking a Home Equity Product Manager to own and grow the Home Equity portfolio, including loans and lines of credit. You will shape the product strategy, pricing recommendations, and customer experience while partnering with Consumer, Retail, and Marketing teams to deepen relationships and profitability.

Your role will manage lifecycle activities, analyze portfolio performance, and drive initiatives that improve retention and cross-sell opportunities across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Banking, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in consumer lending, product management, portfolio management, pricing, analytics, or related banking disciplines.
• Experience with Home Equity, mortgage, consumer credit, or secured lending products preferred.
• Experience developing pricing strategies and performance reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Home Equity product lifecycle including development, launch, and retirement.
• Develop pricing recommendations, monitor rate sensitivity, and optimize profitability.
• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and competitive positioning across channels.
• Partner with Consumer, Retail, and Marketing teams to drive growth and cross-sell.
• Monitor portfolio health, analytics, and customer engagement metrics.
• Drive customer experience improvements and simplify the application/servicing journey.
