Job summary

FirstLight Home Care is seeking a dynamic Launch Coach to guide franchise owners through the launch phase from our Cincinnati headquarters, helping them achieve sustainable growth and regulatory milestones. You will be the primary operational resource enabling exceptional care.

Responsibilities include end-to-end launch management, strategic coaching on planning and marketing, leading training sessions, and coordinating accounting/IT support during the launch until handoff to ongoing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care operations or franchise support.
• Ability to coach stakeholders and identify roadblocks.
• Proficiency with CMS/CRM/ATS/LMS and MS Office/Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Launch Management for franchisees through pre-opening and licensure.
• Strategic coaching on business planning, projections, marketing and recruitment.
• Lead training sessions and manage curricula across platforms.
• Serve as primary operational resource during the launch phase.
