Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Strategic Product Development Manager to drive development and marketing of 224G, 336G, 448G, and PCIe Gen 7+ High Speed IO Cable products. You will collaborate with industry leaders, shape product strategies, and mentor mid-career managers across functions.

The role requires cross-functional leadership, strong market insight, and the ability to influence industry directions while advancing Amphenol’s AI/ML

• Mentor mid-career product managers to build technical credibility with customers.
• Demonstrate thought leadership to influence industry directions from copper to co-packaged architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with industry leaders to discuss product strategies and roadmaps.
• Define customer and market requirements for High-speed I/O Cable products.
• Develop marketing materials and promote products to industry and customers.
• Train internal product managers, FAEs and sales teams on positioning and applications.
• Drive strategic product and market direction for future products and relationships.
