You will collaborate with industry leaders, mentor mid-career PMs, and lead market direction for future products and key customer relationships, with travel as part of the role.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing, MD/BS level
• Experience in high-speed cable industry preferred
• Ability to influence industry direction and thought leadership
• Willingness to travel as needed

• Collaborate with industry and customer leaders on product strategies and development plans.
• Define customer requirements to guide roadmap and penetration strategies.
• Develop forward-looking viewpoints to inspire customers to join our perspective on future High-speed I/O cable direction.
• Lead the strategic product and market direction for future products, projects, relationships, and marketing.
• Mentor mid-career product managers to build credibility with sophisticated customers.
• Develop marketing materials and promote to industry and customers.
• Train internal product managers, FAEs and sales teams on positioning and applications.
