Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS) is seeking a Strategic Product Development Manager to drive development and marketing of 224G, 336G, 448G, and PCIe Gen 7+ High Speed IO Cable products. The role collaborates across engineering, marketing, and sales to win new design opportunities and accelerate growth.

The position requires thought leadership in high-speed interconnects, mentoring mid-career PMs, and aligning product roadmaps with customer needs while supporting the AI/ML interconnect

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical/Embedded Engineering; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in product management or engineering leadership within electronics.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with industry leaders to define product strategies and roadmaps.
• Develop market requirements and translate them into product plans.
• Mentor mid-career product managers and drive cross-functional teams.
• Lead marketing materials and customer engagement for high-speed I/O cables.
