Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Product Manager for the OverPass unit to drive growth of high-speed interconnect solutions for AI, networking, and data center platforms.

The role requires owning profitability, roadmap, pricing, and design-win execution while collaborating with engineering, operations, sales, and customers to deliver leading connectivity solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Business Development, or Program Management.
• Willingness to travel and engage directly with customers globally.
• Comfortable working with multiple levels of the organization and across adjacent functional groups.
• Experience with interconnects, high-speed connectivity, AI infrastructure, networking, semiconductor ecosystems, or data center products preferred.
• Self-motivated, ethical, and looking for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and profitable growth of Amphenol's Overpass products across assigned markets.
• Promote products to customers and win new design opportunities.
• Develop and execute product strategies, including pricing and business proposals.
• Support opportunities with samples, technical information, and RFQ responses, leading customer discussions.
• Regularly visit customers to build rapport and technical thought leadership.
• Define product requirements based on customer needs and trends.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and end of life.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales.
• Present and promote the portfolio to help field teams understand positioning and benefits.
• Own revenue forecasting and pricing strategy to drive profitable growth and market share.
• Represent Amphenol HSIO Overpass at trade shows and industry events.
• Monitor market conditions and advise on product line positioning.
