Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in product management, business development, or engineering management in electrical/electronic manufacturing.
• Experience in the high-speed cable industry is preferred.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategy from concept to market.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and marketing of HSIO Cable products for assigned markets/accounts.
• Promote products to target customers and win key design opportunities.
• Define product strategy, pricing targets, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, operations, and sales to close opportunities.
• Manage NPI to production plans, capacity, and cost/performance targets.
• Train internal sales teams on positioning, benefits, and applications.
