Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Product Manager to drive the growth of OverPass™ interconnect solutions for AI, cloud, and networking platforms. You will own profitability, roadmap, pricing, and design-win execution while collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and customers.

The role spans high-speed connectors, flyover cable assemblies, and emerging connectivity tech.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business, or related technical field.
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Business Development, or Program Management.
Willingness to travel and engage directly with customers globally.
Comfortable working with multiple levels of the organization and across adjacent functional groups.

Responsibilities

Drive new business opportunity funnel with field sales to identify and win opportunities.
Engage with sales and customers to understand roadmaps and future platform trends.
Build and own business cases including pricing and CapEx; generate proposals.
Support opportunities with samples, RFQs, and customer presentations.
Proactively communicate with and visit customers to build relationships and credibility.
Define product requirements based on customer needs and industry trends.
Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and end-of-life.
Lead cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
