• Ownership of multiple products from concept through production release.
• Strong understanding of high-speed product-development constraints and manufacturability.
• Experience with data center, networking, AI infrastructure hardware.

Responsibilities

• Own development activities for advanced interconnect products from concept through production release.
• Translate customer needs and system requirements into practical architectures and designs.
• Lead early concept generation, feasibility studies, and tolerance strategies.
• Collaborate with signal integrity, mechanical, process, manufacturing, and supplier teams.
• Develop products balancing electrical performance, robustness, manufacturability, and cost.
• Lead design reviews, risk assessments, FMEA, and design verification efforts.
• Partner with global teams to mature manufacturing processes and ramp production.
• Support prototype builds, validation, qualification, and failure analysis.
• Interface with customers and suppliers to align product direction and resolve issues.
• Mentor engineers and drive practical solutions to keep commitments.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigations before manufacturing readiness.
