Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Sales Executive to develop and execute an account strategy for Distribution within Northern Maryland and South Central Pennsylvania.

The SCSE will be the primary Cardinal Health contact for Supply Chain/Distribution, collaborating with sales teams to maximize penetration of Cardinal Health Brand products and solutions at assigned accounts. This role requires strong consultative selling, strategic planning, and ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years sales and/or marketing experience in healthcare/medical products or services.
• Demonstrated financial acumen, including strategic and analytical skills in healthcare economics.

Responsabilités

• Identify, qualify, prepare, and execute effective sales strategies to maintain base and grow revenue within territory.
• Build and manage consultative relationships with executives and decision makers across distribution, account planning, supply chain, GPO and product purchasing.
• Develop conversion and substitution strategies when needed.
• Analyze business issues and develop customized action plans to drive value for customers and Cardinal Health; prepare bids, quotes, RFP responses, and presentations.
• Lead the business review process with documentation and KPI communication.
• Engage with buyers and promote Cardinal Health through meetings, trainings, conventions, and trade shows.
• Utilize sales tools to address trends, create call strategies, and manage territory and strategic plans.
• Complete administrative requirements timely (expenses, compliance, Salesforce).
• Meet credentialing requirements for key vendor entities and travel up to 30%.
