Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. in the United States seeks a Supply Chain Sales Executive to lead account strategies and drive growth in Northern Maryland and South Central Pennsylvania.

You will be Cardinal Health’s primary contact for supply chain distribution, developing executive relationships and managing bids, pricing, and KPIs to meet sales goals. The role requires at least 5 years in healthcare sales/marketing, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years sales/marketing experience in healthcare/medical product/services.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and knowledge of hospital/healthcare economics.
• Strong ability to cultivate executive relationships and negotiate.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Vendor credentialing requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute sales strategies to grow Cardinal Health in the designated territory.
• Build consultative relationships with executives, distribution, and purchasing decision makers.
• Develop conversion and substitution strategies as needed.
• Prepare bids, quotes, RFPs, and presentations; lead business review processes with KPI documentation.
• Consult buyers and promote Cardinal Health through sales meetings, training, conventions, and trade shows.
• Utilize and update sales tools to address trends and manage territory and strategic plans.
• Complete all administrative requirements and maintain vendor credentialing.
