Qualifications

• Minimum degree with related field and required work experience as stated in the ad.
• CMRP certification preferred; must obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems encouraged.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of clinical procedures and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the subject matter expert for supplies and implants in assigned areas.
• Leverages clinical knowledge and forecasting to ensure appropriate inventory levels.
• Performs supply chain tasks such as requisitions, receiving, and recalls in a timely, accurate manner.
• Manages replenishment process including stocking and stocking par levels.
• Collaborates with service lines and Supply Chain leadership to balance needs with goals.
• Builds relationships with customers to respond to requests promptly.
• Coordinates and supports product conversions for assigned areas.
• Monitors inventory and identifies opportunities to optimize costs.
