Job summary

Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to act as a liaison between assigned areas and Central Supply. The role ensures supplies are delivered, stocked, and organized across facilities in Southwest Florida.

Key duties include replenishment, delivering supplies, managing par levels, and coordinating with vendors. Requires an associate or bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in healthcare or related fields; proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field with 2+ years in healthcare, supply chain, retail, or service.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field with relevant experience accepted.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Able to work independently and communicate in English effectively.
• ERP system knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes replenishment, picking, and distribution tasks.
• Delivers supplies and equipment to locations with accurate delivery details.
• Manages replenishment: counting, stocking, and par level adjustments.
• Handles requisitions, receiving, and returns for accuracy and timeliness.
• Performs cycle counts and checks par levels in assigned areas.
• Maintains orderly, stocked par areas and proper tagging.
• Builds relationships with customers to meet needs promptly.
• Assists in inventory of supplies and periodic stock counts.
• Identifies opportunities to improve supply chain workflows.
• Ensures vendor compliance with policies and procedures.
• Supports with inventory reconciliation and incident reports.
• Coordinates with Central Supply to align on distribution priorities.
