INTEGRIS Health is seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our Oklahoma City team. The role focuses on sourcing candidates, coordinating system-wide recruiting activities, and maintaining employer brand integrity across the network.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/marketing/business (or 4 years HR experience), English proficiency, and a valid Oklahoma driver’s license. SPHR/PHR is preferred, and the employer supports education and development.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, marketing, business or related field.
• SPHR/PHR preferred.
• Must communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).
• Must have a current Oklahoma State Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

• Sourcing candidates to meet recruitment and retention goals across the system.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners and vendors.
• Coordinate system-wide recruiting marketing, events, and postings to support branding and efficiency.
• Represent INTEGRIS to external agencies, schools, universities, and vendors.
