MyMichigan Health is seeking a senior procurement professional to plan, organize, coordinate and negotiate the acquisition of capital equipment and services in support of clinical and operational needs.

You will manage contracts, lead competitive bidding, monitor vendor performance, ensure policy compliance, and maintain strong supplier relationships across Materials Management and related departments.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract negotiations, commodity management, purchasing, or similar role.
• Experience negotiating contracts for healthcare commodities and services.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and procurement regulations.
• Ability to develop and leverage solid supplier relationships.

Aufgaben

• Determine appropriate technology requirements and assist with capital equipment purchases and service contracts.
• Administer contract portfolio, monitor terms and conditions, and manage vendor performance.
• Lead competitive bidding, analyze value, and support leadership decisions with objective evidence.
• Prepare and maintain contracting templates and records while aligning with policies.
