Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or related field is required.
• 2–5 years of project coordinator experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience managing clinical, operational, or compliance projects.
• PM software proficiency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close healthcare projects.
• Develop plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical, IT, finance and vendors.
• Monitor progress and report to leadership; manage risks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, CMS, Joint Commission).
