Urology Centers of Alabama, PC is seeking an Operations Director of Ancillary Services to provide strategic leadership and operational management for all ancillary lines including imaging, radiation oncology, infusion, and related services. The role partners with physicians and executives to drive growth, improve workflows, and ensure financial performance and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing, finance, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred (MHA, MBA, MPH, or related discipline).
• Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and oversee the operations of all ancillary service departments.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that support organizational goals and physician initiatives.
• Standardize processes, workflows, and performance expectations across ancillary service lines.
• Ensure efficient scheduling, staffing, patient flow, and utilization of resources.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor service line performance and implement corrective action plans as needed.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Finance, or related field

Master’s degree in healthcare administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), or related discipline
