Job summary

Tahoe Forest Health System is seeking a Process Improvement Leader to coach and facilitate improvement initiatives across the health system. You will partner with frontline staff and leadership to apply the Tahoe Forest approach, driving improvements in processes, outcomes, and patient and staff experiences.

The role leads complex initiatives, delivers education, and builds internal capability through coaching and change leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience applying and coaching structured improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Ability to lead and coach across all organizational levels
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives and competing priorities
• Experience designing and delivering learning experiences

Responsibilities

• Coaches frontline to leaders in applying the Tahoe Forest improvement approach.
• Leads cross-functional improvement initiatives and facilitator for future-state design.
• Delivers education programs and mentors improvement staff and learners.
• Guides measurement plans with leadership and BI teams.
• Fosters a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
