Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combination of education and significant executive leadership experience may be considered.
  • Minimum seven years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare or similarly complex regulated environments.
  • Experience with organizational performance management, change leadership, and executive decision‑making.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the CEO's executive partner for organizational operations and implementation.
  • Translate priorities into operational plans, ownership, timelines, resources, measures, and accountability.
  • Maintain organization-wide view of operating conditions, risks, and competing priorities.
  • Establish operating rhythms and clear ownership across departments.
  • Provide executive oversight and coaching to senior leaders.
  • Develop leadership capacity to distribute operational knowledge.
