Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public administration, or related field; advanced degree or equivalent leadership experience may be considered.
  • Minimum seven years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, human services, public administration, or similarly complex regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership of complex cross‑functional operations.
  • Experience with organizational performance management, implementation, and change leadership.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the CEO's primary executive partner for organizational operations and implementation.
  • Translate organizational priorities into clear operational plans, timelines, resources, measures, and accountability.
  • Maintain an organization-wide view of operating conditions, risks, priorities, and resource demands.
  • Establish operating rhythms for decision-making, escalation, and cross-department coordination.
  • Provide executive oversight and coaching to assigned directors and managers.
  • Lead development of dashboards and reporting structures to drive action and improvement.
  • Oversee health IT governance, cybersecurity oversight, and technology risk management.
