Job summary

Responsibilities

• Investigates and resolves inventory inaccuracies and updates the Cath Lab and Open Heart team.
• Work to reduce expenses by reviewing inventory reports with Surgical Services Materials Manager and Contracting.
• Maintains history and adjusts PAR levels based on business needs and volume fluctuations.
• Manages inventory onboarding and ensures accurate supply volume and reordering processes.
• Provides reports as requested and runs inventory-related analyses.
• Monitors inventory for defects, order errors, and overstocks and initiates returns to the manufacturer.
• Leads monthly inventory outdate checking and cycle counts.
