Job summary

St. Charles Health System is seeking a Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator to assure inventory accuracy in the Bend main warehouse and other locations.

You will manage implants and tissues with strict tracking, coordinate vendor relationships for perioperative supplies, and support ongoing process improvements within Workday. Responsibilities include daily inventory assessments, conducting cycle counts, and training staff on inventory methodologies to reduce discrepancies and stockouts while

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of increasing responsibility in Supply Chain or related field, with inventory management experience.
• Healthcare or hospital supply chain experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Workday processes and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of inventory accuracy in assigned location(s).
• Coordinate and execute cycle count process.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and reduce killed items to zero.
• Ensure Workday data accuracy and escalate inconsistencies as needed.
• Perform daily physical inventory assessment and prevent stock outs.
• Maintain organized storage, labeling, and rotation of products.
• Train staff on inventory management within Workday and reports.
• Provide utilization, ordering trends, and standardization reports.
• Maintain Min/Max levels and adjust with usage.
• Support VP and leadership with process improvements and VIP Lean principles.
