Job summary

Agiliti Health, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to build strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts in a defined territory, including healthcare clients in Minnesota.

You will initiate proactive outreach, manage CRM activity, forecast opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a great customer experience while exceeding quota targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Experience working in a team-based selling environment preferred.
• Experience with quota achievement, preferably exceeding sales quotas; ability to forecast based on opportunities.
• Previous experience selling services is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate proactive calls with customers regarding sales opportunities, product information, sales trends, and other outreach.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with internal functions to handle requests.
• Prepare for sales calls in assigned markets to ensure successful outcomes.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to increase revenue and customer base.
• Work independently while leveraging partners to exceed quota targets.
• Engage with clients via email, phone, and video conferencing; collaborate with internal resources to provide a great customer experience.
• Deliver weekly KPI targets and track activities in the CRM.
