Qualifications

• Experience directing cyber risk, incident response, and audits.
• Proven board-level communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise information security strategy aligned to business goals.
• Oversee security program spanning architecture, engineering, and operations.
• Define governance, policies, and risk frameworks (NIST CSF, HITRUST, ISO 27001).
• Direct third-party risk, incident response, and regulatory investigations.
• Build and grow a high-performing security team and culture.
