Job summary

ScionHealth is seeking an AVP of Information Security to lead our enterprise security program across clinical and corporate technology environments. You will direct security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, IAM, and HIPAA compliance while partnering with executives to align security with business needs.

You will build and mentor a high-performing security team, implement threat intelligence, and drive governance, risk, and data protection across multi-site facilities in

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of security operations, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and incident response.
• Advanced knowledge of vulnerability management and healthcare security threats.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA/HITECH security requirements, risk assessments, and audits.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IAM, MFA, and conditional access.
• Knowledge of data classification and lifecycle management for PHI.

Responsibilities

• Directs enterprise security operations across clinical and corporate environments.
• Develops and matures Security Operations Center capabilities, procedures, and escalation paths.
• Owns the incident response program with playbooks, tabletop exercises, and communications with leadership.
• Leads enterprise vulnerability management including scanning, prioritization, remediation, and reporting.
• Maintains healthcare-focused threat intelligence and coordinates preventive and responsive action.
