Job summary

LCS invites applications for a Vice President, Information Security to lead enterprise information security strategy, governance, and risk management across communities nationwide. You will partner with executives, operations, technology and third parties to protect assets, resident and employee data, and critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and 15+ years in information security.
• At least 7 years leading information security teams and programs.
• Experience building enterprise cybersecurity strategies in complex organizations.
• Proven governance, risk, compliance, and security operations expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise information security strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead governance, risk management, and compliance across multiple sites and cloud environments.
• Own incident response, vulnerability management, and risk remediation programs.
• Oversee third-party security risk, audits, and regulatory assessments.
• Foster security awareness, and partner with executive and legal teams on privacy.
• Guide adoption of new technologies with security-first principles.
